Hotel Savoy is a 100 room, 4* hotel which is under construction and will open in 2021 autumn. The building is situated in the körút, close to Blaha Lujza square.

The general designer of the building is Dr. Botond Dobos ( Intramuros Kft.) who commissioned our office to prepare the architectural tender ( 2017) and the execution documentation ( 2018) for this project.

The construction works have been started in January 2018 and our office makes architectural site supervisions and project managment works during the construction phase.

One of the unique part of this project the reconstruction of the protected Bacsó Béla facade, constructed with modern materials fulfilling the current energetic requirements and in the same time replacing the charmy gypsum ornaments to provide the historial look.
